I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amicable and exceptional. The location was great and fantastic - just off a local pub that serves yummy Bangers & Mash with fried onions, shops, pubs and restaurants right beside B & B too and the outskirts of Waterford.

Absolutely terrible experience. The bed was uncomfortable, like a rock, and the shower was so small i had to do gymnastics just to wash up. I almost left a good review since the hosts were nice, but where's my complimentary treat for such a disappointment? Unbelievable.

The make-your-own pancake machine was a game changer for breakfast! We also loved the spacious, comfy room and the very nice hospitality from Rose and Ian. The pub next door served up some good meals.
Racking my brain, and I can't think of anything I didn't like. I would've loved to have stayed longer, though everything still shined !
