I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amicable and exceptional. The location was great and fantastic - just off a local pub that serves yummy Bangers & Mash with fried onions, shops, pubs and restaurants right beside B & B too and the outskirts of Waterford.

We had a great stay but the ratings seem misleading compared to other places.

    bed discomfort
    shower size

Absolutely terrible experience. The bed was uncomfortable, like a rock, and the shower was so small i had to do gymnastics just to wash up. I almost left a good review since the hosts were nice, but where's my complimentary treat for such a disappointment? Unbelievable.

    make-your-own pancake machine

    good meals
    limited stay
    missing out on more

The make-your-own pancake machine was a game changer for breakfast! We also loved the spacious, comfy room and the very nice hospitality from Rose and Ian. The pub next door served up some good meals.

Racking my brain, and I can't think of anything I didn't like. I would've loved to have stayed longer, though everything still shined !

    spacious family room

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was fantastic, providing plenty of options that even the kids enjoyed. The location was spot on, right near the Waterford Greenway cycle route for family-friendly cycling, and just a hop away from a great pub for dinner.

    freshly cooked breakfast
    adventurous location
    limited on-site activities

This cozy B&B was a fantastic base for exploring the fine coastline, especially the Coppercoast Geopark. The kids loved the freshly cooked breakfast, and Rose and Iain were really good too ensure our family felt at home. We took great adventures nearby!

My children wanted more options for activities on-site.
